JYP Entertainment has just announced that Jackson of Got7 will not be returning March 19, 2017 as originally planned, and instead will be taking more time to rest and recover.
Their statement reads:
“Hello, this is JYPE
Please not that Jackson, who was scheduled to be resting until Sunday, March 19, will extend his rest period and be absent from the schedule today (Monday, March 20).
We appreciate your understanding that the schedule for Genie School Attack was difficult to give due to the nature of hte event. As soon as the exact timing of the return is determined, we will be the first to inform the fans.
I sincerely apologize for telling the sad news to many fans. Jackson has plenty of rest and focus on health care, and we will do our best to restore Jackson’s health.
Jackson originally got sick during one of their fanmeets prior to the release of their album and has been out since then on rest and recovery. It’s very sad that he’s not able to participate in the events for his album release, but hopefully he will be able to recover soon and be back to his usual energetic self.
One Stop K-Pop wishes Jackson a speedy recovery and hope that we will see his smiling face soon!
